Gratin Tamales

Prepare this recipe following 5 simple steps:

  1. Melt butter in a hot pan and add Tamales of your choice without sleeves.
  2. Flip constantly until golden on all sides and add chihuahua, manchego or mozzarella cheese on top.
  3. Cover the pan until the cheese melts and has the gratin look.
  4. You can serve them on top of a bed of jalapeno or poblano peppers.
  5. Enjoy!
