GREEN CHICKEN ENCHILADA TAMALES

Prepare this recipe following 5 simple steps:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°f (175°c)
  2. In a skillet – preferably iron- warm the tamales over medium heat until they are golden on the outside.
    If you don’t have a cast iron skillet, arrange the warmed tamales in a baking dish and evenly top with shredded chicken.
  3. Add your favorite enchilada sauce over the chicken and sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
  4. Place the dish in the oven and bake for 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy!
