Prepare this recipe following 5 simple steps:
- Preheat your oven to 350°f (175°c)
- In a skillet – preferably iron- warm the tamales over medium heat until they are golden on the outside.
If you don’t have a cast iron skillet, arrange the warmed tamales in a baking dish and evenly top with shredded chicken. - Add your favorite enchilada sauce over the chicken and sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
- Place the dish in the oven and bake for 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
