Prepare this recipe following 5 simple steps:
- Prepare the Sauce: Boil 2 Roma tomatoes, 1/2 a jalapeño, and 1/8 onion. Blend until smooth.
- Sauté Veggies: Chop the remaining 1/2 jalapeño and 1/8 onion. Sauté in 2 tablespoons of oil until the onion is translucent.
